We have an exciting opportunity for an Licensed Sales Professional. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, competetive environment with unlimited earning potential.  Property and Casualty Licensed and bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.  

Below is an overview of the position:

Allstate is partnering with a well-known dealership to implement a full-service insurance agency within the dealership.  This is a permanent position, including a base pay + commission/bonus + benefits.  LSP's will be located on-site at the dealership to help customers assess their entire insurance portfolio and ensure they obtain the protection they are seeking.

Ideal candidates will be high-energy, customer-focused, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

  • Establish individual and team sales goals.

  • Coach/mentor team members to achieve goals.

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

  • Previous LSP experience

  • Property & Casualty license required.

  • Life and Health License preferred.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.

  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.

  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Proactive in problem solving.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability/ willingness to work up to 6 days per week.
